Our core programs

ETPD - Children's Hope 4 Tomorrow offers a variety of programs tailored to support a child's development and well-being. Each program is designed to provide unique benefits and foster a nurturing environment.

Mini Aprons & seeds program

Partnering with Our local health department and after school programs, This program teaches children about kitchen safety, food safety, healthy nutritional habits, and gardening. It also promotes teamwork and boosts self-esteem through fun activities, including parent and child cooking classes.

Mentorship and tutoring

Working closely with Washington County schools, this program ensures students catch up to their grade level and improve attendance. Volunteers and teachers dedicate extra time to strengthen weak areas and guide children socially and emotionally.

School books & days program

Through donations, Maryland Coalition for Families  and other Partnerships, we supply schools with essential school items. This  allows students and teachers to have the necessary supplies throughout the school year, preventing shortages.

Fostering growth and well-being

Our programs are designed to empower children and families by providing vital resources and fostering a strong sense of community.

Unique benefits for families

What makes our programs unique is their approach to family well-being. We hope children and families gain a strong sense of community connections, develop healthy eating habits to improve lifestyle, and build confidence with less stress.

How to participate

Currently, our primary focus is School aged children in Washington County, Hagerstown, Maryland. If a child enrolled in one of these schools is struggling academically, with attendance, or simply needs a boost, parents and schools can sign them up for one or more programs. We distribute flyers and host outreach events to inform the communities on how to enroll. As arrangements with the Board of Education of Washington County, Maryland, are finalized more programs will become available. Our goal is to expand to other counties, States and countries in the future.
